Keystone Systems offers additional modules to meet special needs of some clients. These are designed to compliment the base package.
- Fuel Services
- Save time and money! Fuel constitutes one of your greatest expenses in operating your trucking operation. Keystone Systems offers interfaces to popular fuel services to allow you to pull fuel purchases, driver advances and other expenses directly into your system. These purchases automatically update fuel tax calculations, driver reimbursements and driver charge backs. An invoice is automatically entered to Accounts Payable.
- Mileage Interfaces
- Need quick accurate access to point-to-point mileages so you can quote or rate loads and pay your drivers? Keystone offers solutions ranging from commercial package interfaces such as PC*Miler from ALK or ProMiles, to a simple but powerful databank you build yourself over time.
- Advanced Rating
- Consistent and accurate rating of loads is an important service you provide to get and keep satisfied customers. Transparently rate based on commodities, customers, zip codes, or dispatching zones. Use any mix or combination that works for your company!

CHIP TRUCKING
Hauling wood chip products? Keystone Systems has a special version of Truck Accounting
for Windows designed just for you. Easy to learn and use, just set up the routes or
contracts you haul. Then just enter the load ticket with weights and any additional
waiting or other charges. Miles, billing information and driver pay get calculated
automatically with no unnecessary entry work! Prints consolidated invoices for your
customers for any time period you specify. For chip haulers or those with frequent,
repetitive loads, this version will help you get the job done quickly and accurately.
LTL WITH INTERLINE BILLING
Need interline billing to handle split billing with other regional or national LTL
carriers? While the base product invoicing feature easily handles partial and split
loads and the Advanced Rating option provides powerful and
flexible billing to meet most needs, true "LTL" carriers have special needs.
These include the interline billing (inbound and outbound, prepaid and collect) and
zip code to zip code versus weight class rating. Keystone LTL option is designed to satisfy
these demands.
